I wonder if it would be possible to pass my thanks on to the mechanic at your
premises. We came in on Wednesday 13th May 2009 after an accident outside
Beauly, my wife and I were on a Honda Pacific Coast and after the "off" we
suffered fused electrics etc. Calling in on spec after a local police motorcyclist
gave directions, we were amazed at the immediate help and assistance your mechanic gave us.
Certainly far in excess of anything we expected, we did thank him at the time,
but we both feel a more formal thanks might be helpful.
If it could be used to further your company's reputation on the net or locally please feel free.
It is so refreshing in these days to find such a gem, shame you are not in Lancashire.
