D:R:R:C will set a training course to suit your needs. From a one day CBT*
To a five day Direct Access Scheme (DAS)
Advanced training also available to any level
Motorcycle hire, safety helmet, waterproofs and gloves
will be included in the course fee but you may use your own machine**
and safety wear if you prefer.
Training machines are the latest 125cc for
CBT and initial assessment and Honda CB500's for Direct Access.
A Honda 50cc scooter moped will be available for 16 year olds
and anyone who wants to learn on a moped.
A group 'A' provisional entitlement is required for all training courses and

An old style single piece licence must be produced with a valid UK Passport
A Theory Test Pass Certificate for motorcycles and a CBT must be obtained
Before booking the Module 1 and Module 2 tests.
Both parts of the test are bookable seperately and a Module 1 pass
May be banked along with the theory test pass until ready for part two.
*CBT (Compulsory Basic Training)

Terms and Conditions for DRRC Motorcycle Training
1. It is the responsibility of the pupil to attend punctually for training
with the correct documentation (advice will be given)
and in a fit state to drive.
Lateness or lack of documentation, intoxication, or apparent intoxication,
will result in cancellation of the course and forfeiture of all fees paid.
2. Courses may be cancelled or refunded given sufficient notice.
Cancellation fees will be applied according to the following schedule:
0-7 days notice- No refund or reschedule
8-14 days; £25 administration charge to reschedule/refund courses
15-28 days; £25 administration charge
29 days +, Free refund/reschedule on CBTs,
£50 administration charge to refund/reschedule intensive courses.
Individual lessons cancelled at less than 48 hours notice
will be charged at the normal hourly rate
3. It is very unusual for us to have to cancel or reschedule a course.
If we do we undertake to give as much notice as possible,
and will offer alternative dates or a refund.
No compensation will be paid if alternative dates are unsuitable.
4. If a pupil decides to stop training due to lack of interest or
for any other reasons a partial refund may be considered at the
instructors discretion,
but in any event our costs must be covered.
If the instructor decides it is not safe to continue with training
then the same applies.
5. It is expressly confirmed that the company cannot accept
responsibility for loss or injury to the applicant arising from
their own negligence or inattention.
6. While every effort is made to ensure the safety of candidates
under training, there will always be a risk of injury or death.
7. By their acceptance hereof the applicant agrees and accepts
that they have read and understood the terms of these
booking conditions and agrees to be bound by same.
The applicant also confirms that they consider themselves mentally fit
and legally entitled to undertake the course for which they have applied.
8. Where candidates have booked a Direct Access course using a 500cc,
but the instructor believes they are putting themselves at risk,
or will be put at risk, through ability or physique, we reserve the
right to downgrade the course to an A2 on safety grounds.
The instructors decision in this matter is final and absolute
